  • Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping times vary based on your location. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

  • Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
