To order, simply browse our shop, select your desired product, choose your customization options (if applicable), and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Yes, you can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may have already started processing your item, especially for personalized products.

Yes, you can request to cancel your order if it hasn't been fulfilled yet.

If you have an account, go to your account page and click the Orders menu. You can see all your orders here.

💬 How long does it take to process my order?
Personalized items take up to 2 weeks to create. If you have a specific event date, let us know, and we’ll do our best to align with your schedule.

💬 Do you accept rush order?
Yes! Rush orders are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on our current workload. Additional fees may apply—message us to check availability.

💬 Can I place bulk orders for events?
Absolutely! We offer bulk pricing for weddings, birthdays, corporate giveaways, and other special events. Contact us for a custom quote.

💬 Do you have a physical store?
We don't have a permanent physical store yet but you can find our pop-up display at Mercato de Mactan! Look for our booth at the Art in the Park tent, right beside Twirly Tails.

We accept GCash, bank transfer, PayPal and cash (for in-person purchases at Mercato de Mactan).

Yes! We ship nationwide. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
