Refund policy
At The Supply Station PH, we take great care in crafting and packing our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Because our items are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect Item Received – If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide:
- A clear photo of the incorrect item
- Your order number
Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no extra cost.
2. Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A video recording while unpacking the items
- Your order number
We will review your case and offer either a replacement or store credit based on availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. If an item is out of stock or cannot be replaced, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Customized or personalized items
