At The Supply Station PH, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

Metro Manila: 3-7 business days

Provincial Areas: 5-8 business days

International Orders: 3-4 weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Express Shipping Options
Need your order sooner? We offer express shipping options for an additional fee:

Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery (Cebu only) – Available via Maxim, Grab, Lalamove. Orders must be placed before 3pm.
For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
4. Bulk Orders & Special Requests
For bulk orders, custom packaging, or event-related deliveries:

Please contact us in advance to discuss processing times and shipping arrangements.

Larger orders may require additional lead time for fulfillment.

We may offer special courier arrangements for bulk shipments upon request.
5. Shipping Couriers
We ship orders via J&T Express, Maxim. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to the courier, The Supply Station PH is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the courier directly. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you accordingly.
8. Order Tracking
