We finally did it—our first-ever pop-up! After months of planning, prepping, and dreaming, The Supply Station PH joined its very first event at Cebu Normal University (CNU), and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.

Our First Pop-Up—Why CNU?

When the opportunity came to join the pop-up bazaar at CNU, we knew it was the perfect chance to step out of our comfort zone and bring our brand to life—literally. It was our first time setting up a physical booth, meeting customers face-to-face, and seeing real-time reactions to our handcrafted items. The nervousness? Totally worth it.

What We Brought

We wanted our booth to feel like a mini version of our creative world. Here’s what we brought to share:

Cute and comfy scrunchies in fun colors
Signature perfumes that caught attention fast
Hand-poured candles for cozy vibes
Sticker sheets and stationery for journaling and planning
And a few surprises for those who love quirky and kawaii finds!

What Made It So Special

CNU’s supportive community made our debut feel extra special. Hearing “So pretty!”, "The stickers are so cute!", "This is my favorite", or “I’ve been looking for perfume with this scent!” reminded us why we started. Some of our fave moments?

Lessons from Our First-Ever Booth

This being our first pop-up ever, we learned a lot—from how to set up a booth efficiently, to making sure we bring enough change (yes, we forgot at first!), to figuring out how to display everything without clutter. It was a fun kind of chaos and a beautiful kind of growth.
